Shadow Work is a reflective and integrative coaching practice that invites you to explore the disowned or unconscious aspects of yourself—both challenging patterns and hidden strengths. It’s hard to find someone who you can trust these days. I found Nazeer from an expat colleague. He let me talk about my feelings without interruption. I cried in front of a stranger for the first time. Towards the end, I found out that I have been underestimating myself. It was an eye-opening experience and helped me to see things at different perspectives. I am now working on improving my self-confidence and towards self-love.
